1. General Policy
Because our services involve professional labor, consulting, and time-based expertise, most of our work is non-refundable once service delivery has started.
Refunds are only issued in specific cases, listed below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund only if one or more of the following conditions apply:
✔️ Full Refund
A full refund may be granted in the following situations:
The service has not yet started.
No documents, reports, or work sessions have been delivered.
You request the cancellation within 24 hours of the purchase.
A technical billing error occurred during payment.
Duplicate payment (charged twice for the same service).
✔️ Partial Refund
A partial refund may be granted if:
Work has started but less than 30% of the service has been completed.
You provided incomplete or incorrect information that prevented service delivery.
You changed your requirements after work has begun.
In this case, refund amount will be calculated based on:
Time spent
Tasks already completed
Resources already allocated
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds cannot be issued for:
Services that are already completed or delivered
Monthly or yearly subscriptions that are already active
Packages that include consultations already performed
Delays caused by the client (late reply, missing documents, etc.)
Services that rely on third-party data or systems
Customized reports, tax filings, or financial projections
Work paused because the client failed to provide required documents
Situations where the client simply “changed their mind”
Because the nature of accounting services requires labor and expertise, once tasks are completed, they are non-refundable.
4. Payment Method
All payments and refunds are processed through PayPal.
Important Notes:
Refunds will be issued to the same PayPal account used for the original payment.
We do not issue refunds through bank transfer, cash, or other methods.
PayPal’s processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your country.
Audatim does not control PayPal delays or processing issues.
5. Service Cancellation
To cancel a service, send a written request to:

Full name
Email used for purchase
PayPal transaction ID
Service/package name
Reason for cancellation
Your request will be reviewed within 1 business days.
6. Project Pauses & Client Inactivity
If a client becomes inactive, does not respond, or fails to provide necessary documents within 14 days, the service will be marked as completed, and no refund will be provided.
7. Quality Guarantee
We are committed to delivering:
Professional work
Accurate accounting
High-quality financial reports
Clear communication
If you believe the service delivered did not match the description, contact us and we will review the case.
This may result in:
Revision
Correction
Updated report
Or a partial refund (if applicable)
8. Dispute Handling
Before opening a PayPal dispute, please contact us directly.
Most issues can be resolved quickly and professionally without involving PayPal.
Opening false or fraudulent PayPal disputes will result in:
Cancellation of future services
Legal follow-up if necessary

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
